How We Operate

Start by speaking with our bookings team, who will guide you through our menu options and provide draft quotes. Optional tastings are available at our venue to sample your choices.

Once your deposit is paid, you'll be introduced to a dedicated client manager, your go-to for any questions or changes leading up to your big day.

Closer to your wedding day, your event manager, who will be managing your event, will get in contact to introduce themselves and ensure all the details are correct for your wedding.

All The Extra Bits

As part of our service, we can provide all the essential extras for your wedding day, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, linens, and napkins in a variety of styles and colors to perfectly complement your wedding theme.

We also collaborate with trusted suppliers for furniture hire, marquee hire, wedding cakes, and flowers.

We had Chop and Chip cater our wedding after our initial catering fell through, so we were slightly nervous about the process. We didn’t need to be, as Livy was incredibly responsive and helped with whatever questions we had. We went to our tasting and were blown away by the quality of the food and this was clear to our guests on the day too. Sophie and her team were able to let themselves in, set up, and cook all of the food while we were at our ceremony, which was amazing! We arrived back immediately to start eating and everyone could not stop talking about the food. Sophie in particular went out of her way to make sure we’d eaten before guests got seconds, and that my parents were well catered for too. We barely noticed them packing away and had overall a great experience with the whole team.

Food on the night was prepared freshly and was delicious - with guests going up for seconds. All of the guests commented on the food. Plates were empty at the end - which says it all. We hired Chop and Chip for our wedding and were extremely happy with the quality of food and experience when organising everything. Bulk food is always tough to do well but the delivered an incredible array of canapes and then BBQ shared platters for the main meal. My particular favourite was the BBQ short rib which was absolutely divine. The crew that turned up on the day definitely went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for how they made our big day just that little bit easier by reading the vibe of the evening, making decisions when they could and then moving chairs into the tent when it was time for dinner. It was completely out of their remit but they took it upon themselves to do the job and I'm incredibly appreciative of the thoughtfulness. They also left the kitchen in immaculate condition at the end of the evening. I thought they were great value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
