To secure your booking, we require a small deposit, which will be refunded if a predetermined bar spend is met.

The prepaid bar option lets you allocate a set budget for your guests to enjoy. We can customise the menu to suit your preferences. Once the budget is reached, you can either top it up during your event or switch to a cash bar.

If you choose a cash bar or a part prepaid/part cash option, it's a legal requirement to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from your local council. We will handle the application on your behalf and provide you with the necessary documentation.
